The founder of the BTA - Bollettino Telematico dell'Arte traces all the salient stages of the Genesis of the magazine starting with The starting hardware equipment: The first notebook and the first modem with the purchase in 1993 of the AST notebook and the first modem/fax initially thought of as a fax machine then used as a modem to connect with the BBS “SPQR - Servizi Telematici” by Alessandro Bucci. To arrive at Internet access first on an experimental basis with Logan Bentley from the Valentina Moncada Gallery in Rome on December 31, 1994 and then entry into the university Internet in Viterbo on May 17, 1995. Finally the assignment of the ISSN code and Registration No. 300/2000 of the BTA as a multi-weekly periodical by the Court of Rome on July 11, 2000.

Per arrivare all'accesso ad internet prima in via sperimentale con Logan Bentley dalla Galleria Valentina Moncada di Roma il 31 dicembre 1994 e poi l'ingresso nell'Internet universitario a Viterbo il 17 maggio 1995. Infine l'assegnazione del codice ISSN e la Registrazione n. 300/2000 del BTA come periodico plurisettimanale da parte del Tribunale di Roma l'11 luglio 2000.
